Early Summer Fun

We are getting ready to go to Paris next week, so I thought I'd clear out a few photos from the past few weeks. Solly has been growing up so quickly that I don't really take the time to document much, besides these photos. At this point, he has been speaking in full sentences for months, can sing whole songs (and make them up too), and use my Android phone. He will sit in front of the bookshelf deciding which book to grab and say "Um, let's see..." or "How about..." He gives great kisses (declaring "I kiss Mommy!") and will push Peter over to kiss me ("Daddy kiss Mommy!") So many things it's hard to list.

Anyhoo, here are some recent photos.  Lately Solly has become a real vegetarian.  Tonight we had salad and tofu ("tofood") and he picked out all the tofu and then asked for more.  I made some black bean soup and he ate two bowls!

Yesterday we had our annual Becker/Selkin Labs BBQ.  Solly had a great time.  All day in daycare he was telling everyone about the "party party" that evening, and it did not disappoint.

In the end, he had a blast.  He was filthy and exhausted and fell into bed talking about the "party party".

In the end, this one had the best time of all.  He probably ate four hamburgers, and got to chase balls all night.

Today we received a bat and ball from Bubbe and Poppy.  Solly got the hang of it pretty quickly.
