San Francisco!
We spent a week in San Francisco, while Peter went to the American Geophysical Union conference. Solly and I hit the town during the days.
Solly in the Castro.
The famous murals in the Mission.
Yummy Indian ice cream! (Despite his interest, Solly didn't get any, at least not directly.)
Visiting Krista and Mark in the East Bay. (For "first meetings" see next post. Krista and Solly have met before, so this photo is with the "what we did" post.)
We hit the Exploratorium for a couple of hours.
Solly in a blacklight.
The Tacoma Narrows Bridge display.
Note the exhibit on the Wall (on Cuteness).
The Human Kaleidoscope. I tried to take a picture with Solly, but he didn't like it too much. I guess he's still learning the rules of physics and isn't ready to push the boundaries.
The big visit to the California Academy of Science.
Enough of the cold--let's go to soCal!
